You have a period of 7 days for exchange or return counting from the date of delivery of the product.
Size change
This change is made only when purchasing footwear, straps or insoles. There is a period of 7 days for the change counting from the date of delivery of the product. The exchange will be accepted as long as the product is in perfect condition, with its respective labels, without signs of use, with the original packaging and showing the receipt or proof of purchase.
Product change is subject to stock availability and price variation. The change cost will be assumed by the customer.
Product Return
Aron Puro Cuero guarantees the quality and satisfaction of its products, however; The customer can request the return of the product within 7 days of receiving the product. The return will only be made due to failure or defect of the product and/or error in its shipment. Once the product arrives at our office, it will undergo a review of 3 business days. If everything is in accordance, the money will be returned in a period of 2 to 4 days. The product must be with its respective labels, without signs of use, and with the original packaging.
If the customer wants the replacement of the product that was failed or wrong, a Credit Note will be provided that will be valid for 2 months. The Credit Note will not apply to discount codes.
