Registration and purchase of products on the website

Registration on the website is free.

To make a purchase you must enter your name, last name, email, telephone number, and billing and shipping address information.

Remember that the shipping cost is determined based on the shipping address and not the billing address.

The purchase process is carried out through the cart. The customer must add the desired items and they will be saved in the cart.

To complete a purchase, the customer must complete the personal information requested in the checkout section and complete the purchase using any type of payment available on our page.

For each payment method there is a procedure that is addressed in the “Payments” section.

Order status

When making a purchase you will have an “order status”, which will be notified to your email according to any variations it may have.

The order statuses are detailed below:

Pending payment: order received and awaiting payment confirmation by Mercado Pago.

Waiting: order received and awaiting proof of bank transfer.

Processing: order received, payment validated and in the shipping process.

Completed: order completed and received by the customer.

Failed: The payment failed or was declined. Please note that this status may not be displayed immediately and is instead shown as pending until verified (e.g. PayPal).

Cancelled: Canceled by the store or by the customer from when it is in a waiting state.

Customer Support

Customer service is provided through the following channels and times:

  • Monday to Saturday from 10am – 7pm (All stores)
  • Sundays from 11am – 5pm (Round Table Store)

Pick up in store

For products purchased via website, WhatsApp or on social networks (after coordination via WhatsApp).

The customer will have a maximum of 7 calendar days to collect their product, counted from the confirmation of the purchase via email or WhatsApp.

Due to company policies, after this date, the product will not be subject to exchange or return and will be sent back to the workshop.



Promotions are carried out only by campaigns.

  • Discounts

The discounts are made through a promotional campaign. Discounts will be published according to the campaigns made on our website.

  • Discount coupon

Discounts are not cumulative, therefore; Coupons will not be accepted on promotional products.
